Lori Wright, GM for Microsoft Office 365, joins Patrick for this video interview. Patrick and Lori then move on to discuss the rapid development of new features that has become synonymous with the platform. The huge investment leveraged by Microsoft in Teams means that the deployment of new features and functions never slows. Lori tells Patrick that they have announced 8 new features for Microsoft Teams at the Enterprise Connect 2019 event.

The 8 new features include a Whiteboard meeting optimisation tool, live captioning and customisable backgrounds for video. Lori’s favourite new feature is the Whiteboard function which allows users to add content from a physical whiteboard onto the Whiteboard canvas, utilise that content within a remote meeting, without having to recreate it from scratch.
