net2phone has acquired CCaaS provider Integra to strengthen its cloud communication and collaboration solution.
Buying out Integra allows net2phone to incorporate its CCaaS (contact centre as a service) technology bolstering its own to work alongside its UCaaS (unified communications as a service) offering.

Integra platform brings with it a contact centre with omnichannel support, development tools, workflow management, chatbots, and software and social media integrations.

net2phone is a subsidiary of IDT (Integrated DNA Technologies), which funded the acquisition of Integra.
