Since its release in July 2021, Mondago is seeing huge interest in their latest solution for the Netsapiens hosted PBX platform, Go Integrator Nava. The solution provides a transformative user experience compared to the preceding Go Communicator solution, and includes significant new features in this next generation product.

Nava has experienced “unprecedented demand” according to Lee Mansell, Mondago Head of Product Management. The product offers a unique and complimentary solution to users of the Netsapiens platform and is already in use by many Netsapiens service providers in the North American market, and is now seeing the growth in the European market.

“Throughout the last quarter we’ve seen a lot of demand for Nava and really positive feedback from users of the product so far,” said Mansell. “As a result, we are ahead of our targets in terms of America, and also see growth in the United Kingdom and Europe as the Netsapiens platform gains popularity in the territory.

“The fact is we compliment the Netsapiens solution really well which is a big bonus for resellers and proves Nava’s uniqueness, which has solved and filled the gap for many Netsapiens service providers already. Being able to approach customers with Nava’s advanced Unified Communications and CRM integration feature set gives Netsapiens resellers the ability to deliver the extra value their customers are looking for.”

Multi-Device

Speaking to UC Today, Mondago said they are receiving sign-ups on a weekly basis for Go Integrator Nava, with new opportunities popping up daily. After six months the CTI and CRM integration provider is preparing to release more features, including an improved interface for the integrated softphone and management of multiple device types.

Mansell said that the key to Nava’s success has been the rich feature set that they have been able to provide. Top of the tree for the Head of Product Management is the advanced CRM integration with a huge range of different applications, Nava’s integration within Microsoft Teams, and the Embedded Softphone.

“The biggest features in the coming update to Nava is the management of multiple devices, enhancing the user experience by providing an easy way to select a preferred device, change it to the Embedded Softphone, or to make all calls directly with a desk phone,” said Mansell.

“There are some more subtle features around Call Center agents, the new Nava toolbar will allow for users to take themselves in and out of the queue, which makes it much easier for them to do their job. Our aim is to add the features that enhance the user’s experience and their Netsapiens phone system.

“That’s what we have focused on, making it easier for users to be more productive with their time. The first release last year went off without a hitch, now we are taking user feedback on board, refining the product, and moving closer to having the ‘complete’ Nava solution that we’re really comfortable with”

The latest version will be released to Mondago partners first week of March 2022, all new enquiries can reach out to Mondago through email at [email protected]
