Highly valued within the tech industries the results of the Magic Quadrant are eagerly anticipated and UC Today analyse the latest release.
Patrick Watson and Rob Scott host this video where they examine the latest UC Magic Quadrant. The next Magic Quadrant for UCaaS is expected to be released shortly.
Firstly Rob and Patrick discuss the qualification criteria for the UC quadrant and for the Gartner studies in general.
The guys then run through all of the vendors on the UC Magic Quadrant in more detail. Unify, Avaya, ALE, Cisco and Microsoft all feature, although Microsoft did not voluntarily participate in the Gartner research.
Rob then explains the differences between the UC quadrant and the UCaaS MQ that is expected to be released shortly. Finally Patrick puts Rob on the spot by asking him for his predictions for the 2019 Magic Quadrants and Rob has some interesting ideas about their possible revelations.
