3 Shows in One: Is This the Biggest UC Event Around?

If you’ve been wondering which events to make room for on your calendar this year, then we’ve got a treat for you. This year, you can enjoy one of the biggest and most expansive networking experiences around, with a 3-in-1 show covering everything from contact centre communications, to customer and user experience.
The world-famous Call and Contact Centre Expo at the ExCeL, London, on March 18th & 19th, will be running alongside two other leading events this year – all in the same venue. That gives you the freedom to mix and match seminars, masterclasses, and other unique experiences from multiple levels of the communication, collaboration, and customer experience environment.

The Call & Contact Centre Expo
The Call and Contact Centre Expo is a well-known event. Each year, the conference welcomes thousands of businesses from across the globe to live demonstrations, keynote speeches, seminars and more. The Call and Contact Centre Expo is Europe’s leading contact centre event, showcasing some of the most exciting new technologies in the world – complete with launches that are exclusive to the conference.
This year’s show will feature more than 250 seminars from people like:

The Customer and User Experience Expo
Running alongside the Call and Contact Centre Expo on March the 18th and 19th at London’s ExCeL is the Customer and User Experience Expo. This is the UK’s biggest event focused on customer and user experience. Along with a host of additional seminars to explore, focused specifically on how you can make experiences with your contact centre more memorable, the Customer and User Experience Expo will also come with it’s own demonstrations and unique products to check out.
You can explore everything from the NFON Networking area to exclusive product launches that are reserved only for the #CallContact20 experience. Finally, happening in the very same location as the two events above, is the Smart Communication and Connected Business Expo. This is Europe’s ultimate event for showcasing the most amazing technologies in the world, complete with innovative and inventive solutions that are designed to provide you with everything you need for unbeatable unified communications.
