Avaya’s Focus on Contact Centre Innovation

UC Today presenter Patrick Watson was joined by Yaser Alzubaidi, Digital Engagement Solutions Sales Leader from Avaya International and Gregg Widdowson, Customer Engagement Solution Sales Leader in Avaya Europe.

Gregg and Yaser were kind enough to join Patrick at the Avaya stand at Call Centre World 2019, which was hosted in berlin. The show focuses on all aspects of customer contact and Avaya’s proposition to their customers is becoming increasingly strong with huge focus and resource being placed on innovation, as Gregg and Yaser explain.

At the stand Avaya had some of their most cutting edge solutions on show, including their social communication platform for chatbots, which enables bots to share knowledge relating to customer enquiries, and also their integration between Amazon Alexa and the contact centre.
