Calabrio Data Crucial for Contact Centres

Ross is a veteran of Enterprise Connect and he tells Patrick about his main focuses for the event. One of the main trends he has noticed is the rising importance of contact centre technology and platforms. This is incredibly important for Calabrio as its solutions supplement contact centre platforms and for the event Calabrio announced the next generation of their platform designed to transform data usage.

The latest iteration of the Calabrio solution provides analytics right to the end user in terms of contact centre agents. Ross tells Patrick that by providing agents and supervisors with relevant data they can radically enhance a business’s capability to improve customer service provision. Calabrio have also revealed that they have reached the next level of partner tiering with Amazon Web Services.
