Inference will be receiving the award officially at the annual Excellent in Best Practices Gala occurring in Austin this September.

The award for Customer Value from Frost & Sullivan is just the latest in a stream of consistent awards for the Inference Solutions team. Earlier this year, the DMG Consulting group also recognised Inference Solutions as a global market share leader for IVA solutions based on their number of customers. Inference currently holds 15.8% of the worldwide market.
Inference Solutions also received a Gold Stevie Award at the beginning of this year for the best new version of an IVR strategy. Additionally, the platform also won an Internet Telephony Product of the year award for 2019, from TMC.
