CoreDial Unveils Contact Centre Certification Program

UC Today attended the Cloud Comms Summit 2019 which concluded in Washington earlier in September. The latest iteration of the Cloud Comms Summit is organised by Cavell Group and the Cloud Communications Alliance.

CoreDial launched its omnichannel CCaaS, contact-centre-as-a-service, offering around 12 months ago and recently they have added a new certification program for partners. Alan Rihm, CoreDial’s CEO, joins UC Today for this video to explain more about the background behind the new program. CoreDial has recognised the varying skill levels in its partner base when it comes to selling its contact centre solution, CoreNexa, and the certification program is designed to ensure that partners get the right level of support. As well as the flexible levels of assistance available from CoreDial the new program will also offer a deal registration feature to protect partner’s interests in particular opportunities.

Patrick then asks Rihm about his appearance in one of the Cloud Comms Summit’s panel discussions. One of CoreDial’s main approaches, and one of the topics that Rihm discussed during the panel, was its focus on a vertical market approach. Rihm explains how this works in terms of targeting specific business functions within any given vertical market. This has been critical in allowing its partner community to succeed in competitive business opportunities.
