This new collaboration is designed to help Exertis take advantage of the Enghouse Interactive multi-channel contact centre and customer interaction solutions – to provide a more comprehensive communications solution.

Resellers will now have the opportunity to access all the Enghouse Enterprise (CCE) and Interactive Communication Centre (EICC) options alongside their Real-time Speech Analytics, Quality Management Suite, and more.
