Presenter Patrick is joined by Alex Ayers, Sales Director, Gamma Network Solutions.
Alex tells Patrick that the Call and Contact Centre Expo is growing every year and that Gamma have a great opportunity to speak to new, and existing, customers about their latest solutions during the event. Patrick asks Alex about Gamma’s main focuses for the event, apart from the new partnership with Cirrus that was announced, Gamma is also focused on amplifying their presence in the contact centre market.
Alex explains that because of the extensive breadth of Gamma’s portfolio they are able to offer customers solutions across their entire technology stack, including contact centres. Gamma Collaborate, its UCaaS platform, can underpin services within modern contact centres and Gamma is focused on promoting this. Alex explains that for providers to offer a truly ominchannel contact centre solutions it is massively beneficial if they are also able to provide a full suite of communication and collaboration services to support that, as Gamma is.
