Oak Appoints Voice Processing Director

As they continue to expand into new data and voice based solutions for information recording, Oak have chosen to promote a new expert on their team, Richard Garel-Jones, who has now been given the title of Voice Processing Director.
Not so long ago, Oak and hosted telephony providers NTA announced their collaboration efforts as they began working together to produce fully compliant call recording services for NTA customers. The new service for the telephony providers meant an adaptation of the Oak call recorder, which includes AES 256bit encryption designed to protect recordings according to FCA guidelines.
This is just one of the most recent developments in the organisation since Oak began moving through a period of substantial growth, introducing new and ever-more sophisticated solutions for voice and data collection.
Richard has been a member of the Oak professional family for 18 years now, and has gained his experience with the brand as an engineer, product manager, and account manager during that time. According to the CTO for Oak, Phil Reynolds, Richard’s extensive knowledge of both the company’s products and the marketplace in question will make him the ideal candidate for this new and improved position.
Richard will be working closely alongside key reseller partners to create new opportunities that will grow the sales of quality measurement and call recording. In this key time of development for Oak services, there are several major product releases in the pipeline, and we can expect to see significant growth for the company throughout the course of 2017.
Richard embraced his new role of Voice Processing Director in January with an eagerness to address the challenges ahead. He noted that the most recent solutions introduced by Oak have been built around the needs of the modern customer, with a focus to creating greater choice, more features, and better integration for the masses. Today, Oak are offering cloud-enabled, hosted, and on-premise solutions, and aim to show both their customers, and their partners what they’re truly capable of.
