Ready for Call & Contact Centre Expo 2019?
Europe's leading Contact Centre Event is almost here
The biggest call and contact centre event in Europe is back for 2019, and we’re thrilled to be Media Partners for yet another year! The Call & Contact Centre Expo continues to be the must-see event for companies in the communication industry.
In 2018, the Expo launched a record-breaking debut in London, featuring more than 5,000 contact centre professionals on an overflowing show floor, brimming with opportunities to learn, network and discover. Now, Prysm (the organisation behind the Call & Contact Centre Expo), is bringing the excitement back to the London ExCeL Centre on the 27th and 28th of March.
Here’s why we can’t wait to attend.
Products, Services, Seminars, and Research
As one of the most well-renowned exhibition organisers in the world, Prysm knows a thing or two about putting together an incredible show. This year, whether you’re looking to expand your communication infrastructure, or learn something about next-gen technology, you’ll have plenty of opportunities at the ExCeL.
The Call & Contact Centre Expo 2019 will feature 500 of the top suppliers in Europe together under the same roof, with consultations and demonstrations available from brands like 8×8, Avaya, Fuze, Twilio, and of course, UC Today too!
If you’re hoping to build on your knowledge (rather than your technology stack), then there are also 500 seminar sessions to attend, each tailored to suit people from various parts of the industry. At the Call & Contact Centre Expo, you’ll hear about some of the latest research into concepts all the way from call recording to customer experience. Get ready for insights from leading minds that are sure to change the way you think about contact centre comms.
Industry-Leading Keynote Speakers
There are plenty of amazing things to look forward to at the Call & Contact Centre Expo, but we’re particularly impressed by the consistent line-up of world-leading keynote speakers that appear this year. In 2019, you can expect to see:
- Angela Bos – Technology Specialist – Microsoft
- Dr Nicola Millard – Head of Customer Insight & Futures – BT
- David Moore – Global Vice President of CX – SAP
- James Leech – Head of Contact Centre Transformation – Sainsbury’s
- John Abel – Vice President, Cloud and Innovation – Oracle
There are also plenty of additional speaker sessions available to attend with leaders from contact centre companies like Webio, InGenius, Cirrus, and many more.
Unlimited Networking Opportunities
Industry events are often a great place to make new connections. However, there are few Expos more devoted to cultivating professional relationships than the Call & Contact Centre Expo. The RingCentral Networking Area is available for people who want to sit down and chat with the professionals that they meet on the bustling showroom floor.
You’re sure to bump into plenty of fascinating figures, as the exhibition area will be packed with professionals from almost every facet of the call and contact centre space, including Customer Experience professionals, technology innovators and more.
There’s even an extra-special VIP lounge for the top 5% of all call and contact centre professionals. We’re sure that there’s bound to be some critical collaborative moments happening in there!
The Call & Contact Centre Expo Awards
Everyone loves an opportunity to win something! This year’s Call & Contact Centre Awards will recognise and celebrate some of the leading talents in the world of customer engagement while highlighting the innovative technology that’s changing the way we connect with customers.
Make sure that you head over to the Awards Area to hear from the best analytics solution, best communications provider, best security solution and best engagement solution for 2019. This will be a great opportunity to hear from some of the major players in the industry first-hand, and maybe learn a thing or two as well.
What’s New for 2019
Alongside all the amazing opportunities that you can encounter every year at the Call and Contact Centre Expo, there will also be some new additions to the experience this year. In 2018, the Expo was added to the B2B Marketing Expo – the most popular marketing event in Europe. This means that your Call & Contact Centre Expo ticket will also give you access to the customer and user experience event, B2B marketing expo, sales innovation expo, and marketing technology expo too! It’s essentially four enlightening events in one.
