The biggest call and contact centre event in Europe is back for 2019, and we’re thrilled to be Media Partners for yet another year! The Call & Contact Centre Expo continues to be the must-see event for companies in the communication industry.
In 2018, the Expo launched a record-breaking debut in London, featuring more than 5,000 contact centre professionals on an overflowing show floor, brimming with opportunities to learn, network and discover. Now, Prysm (the organisation behind the Call & Contact Centre Expo), is bringing the excitement back to the London ExCeL Centre on the 27th and 28th of March.
