VanillaIP Invests in CX with Akixi Partnership
New opportunities for VanillaIP resellers
VanillaIP, a leading provider of integrated real-time communications in the UK, recently announced their partnership with Akixi. Established more than a decade ago, Akixi is an award-winning provider of call management and contact centre solutions, dedicated to offering better customer service.
The collaboration comes at a time when customer experience is more important than ever for today’s market leaders. VanillaIP and Akixi believe that by working together, they will be able to provide their resellers with opportunities to drive up their deal-closing revenues, ARPU, and margins.
In a press release on the launch, the Marketing and Sales Director for VanillaIP, Iain Sinnott, said that he has been familiar with the team at Akixi for several years. He noted that he was “absolutely thrilled” to have their products in the VanillaIP portfolio.
Supporting the Demand for Stronger CX
Today, customer service is a critical concern for businesses of all sizes. VanillaIP believes that adding the Akixi range to their portfolio allows them to deliver new CX solutions for their resellers. According to Sinnott, the Akixi range is “astonishing,” and the wallboard feature alone convinced him of the benefits that a new partnership would bring to resellers and their clients.
According to Iain, there are a lot of exciting new benefits to look forward to with the Akixi collaboration. Partners will be able to create “Feature Appropriate User packs,” enhanced with best-in-class outbound and inbound call management services.
The Managing Director of Akixi, Bart Delgado, also commented on the partnership, saying that Akixi had developed their product range specifically to provide exceptional opportunities for businesses in the SME sector and resellers.
New Wins for Resellers
According to Delgado, the addition of CX solutions into the VanillaIP portfolio is a “simple win” for service providers, resellers, and customers alike. The Akixi team is excited to be working alongside VanillaIP as they search for new ways to bring choice and innovation to their portfolio.
The CEO for VanillaIP, Dave Dadds, also commented that he believes that all resellers should have the freedom to create their sales portfolio according to the needs of the end user. VanillaIP will also be building a complete integration of the Akixi service into the Uboss portal and assisting resellers to to win a higher margin as a result.
