CCW at Home

Customer Contact Week at home (Formerly CCW Vegas) is an annual event that brings together the top minds in contact centre technology and strategy. This year’s event was originally scheduled for the end of June, and to be in Las Vegas– but owing to a rising number of COVID-19 cases in the US, CCW Vegas (Now CCW at home) will be a fully digital event, with sessions throughout August 11-27, 2020. It will feature the same speakers and content that was originally planned.
