NICE inContact’s cloud contact centre software is an industry favourite. Its flagship Interactions customer conference is a much-awaited event every year, and the 2020 edition was scheduled or may 11-13, 2020. Unfortunately, due to the health and safety regulations triggered by COVID-19, NICE has decided to cancel the event. The company cited prioritizing customer and partner safety as the primary reason behind this move.

But it’s not all bad news. Plans for the 2021 event are already underway. Those who registered for the event this year can automatically transfer the fee to Interactions 2021. Here’s a look at this year’s agenda that might indicate what’s in store in 2021:

• Featured keynote from President George W. Bush
• Breakout sessions on employee management, AI, analytics, and CX strategies
• A 5K marathon and yoga sessions
