Reinventing HR Summit 2026

The Reinventing HR Summit is returning to London this November — and it’s one for the diary.

Now in its 12th year, the Reinventing HR Summit takes place 17–19 November 2026 at The Bentley Hotel, London, as part of the wider FutuHRistIC: Festival of People and Engagement. It’s a three-day conference built specifically for HR leaders who want more than a generic panel — think workshops, real-world case studies, roundtables, and proper peer networking.

This year’s theme is Leading with Employee Experience, with sessions covering AI in HR, workforce transformation, DEI, organisational culture, and the evolving role of HR in business strategy.
