Cloud-based contact centre and UC company, Talkdesk has come out with its annual conference — this time in a social distancing complaint virtual format. Talkdesk Opentalk 2020 is scheduled for May 6 ( Wednesday), where you’ll get an inside glimpse into the latest customer experience (CX) trends.

The event is part of Talkdesk’s CX Business Continuity Month initiative when the company outlines effective measures to keep your CX standards high even as you face business disruptions due to COVID-19. Every week across the month of May, Talkdesk will release new sessions chock-full of insights, to be viewed on desktop or mobile.

Coming back to the Opentalk 2020 event, here’s what you could expect:
