ForgeServe has been delivering a value added service to the Novus customer base in North America since earlier this year. Following its success with the ForgeServe FS-CONNCT and FS-ENGAGE modules, which provide revolutionary provisioning and management features, Novus has now decided to make ForgeServe available for BYOD (Bring Your Own Device): supporting Yealink, Snom, Polycom and Grandstream devices for both estate and device management.
This partnership with Novus LLC in North America showcases Swoop Datacom’s successful deployment, demonstrating their ability to manage remotely the Polycom and Yealink Skype for Business devices and deploy with zero touch provisioning. . Under the new agreement, Novus will offer ForgeServe to their distribution network. The software will be provided as a SaaS model and will support both Novus supplied devices and those already deployed or sourced from alternative suppliers.
