As innovation in the unified communication and collaboration continues to expand, Enterprise Connect is ready to tip their hat towards the companies having the most significant impact on the industry. Every year, organisations wait with baited breath for the judges to announce the finalists for the “Best of Enterprise Connect” award, which celebrates exhibitors who have made a significant advancement in the enterprise UC&C world.

This year, the judges have chosen six finalists out of a selection of 38 companies and they’ll be considering their respective solutions for the Best of Enterprise Connect award showcase.

The Best of Enterprise Connect Finalists

The entries that drew the attention of the judges this year are:

  • Cisco: Cisco has been in the press for several positive reasons over the last couple of months – including their successful BroadSoft acquisition. They earned their spot on the list of Enterprise Connect contenders for the “Cisco Spark Room 70” solution for video collaboration and conferencing. The system comes packed full of innovative upgrades, including face detection, voice-activated control, and machine learning intelligence for meeting rooms too.
  • TTEC: With their “Digital Worker Factory”, TTEC is giving their customers a next-level bespoke virtual assistant solution, perfect for use with the omnichannel customer experience environment.
  • Oracle: Coming to the market with their impeccable “Live Experience Cloud” Oracle are giving customers the chance to create more customer-driven experiences with context backing across mobile and web communications. The system comes with annotation services, screen sharing, HD voice, and HD video.
  • Microsoft: Microsoft has always been ahead of the game when it comes to communication and collaboration technology. Now they’re delivering a re-imagined version of the workplace productivity environment with “Teams”, the flagship UC&C service built around Microsoft Office 365.
  • Polycom: Polycom is blowing the judges at Enterprise Connect away with their “Pano” conference room which gives participants the opportunity to share up to four content streams simultaneously, along with annotation and video capabilities, wireless connections and voice control.
  • Plantronics: Leaders in the world of meeting room technology, Plantronics are showcasing their amazing self-adjusting “Habitat Soundscaping” system. The service uses digital and physical nature scenes, intelligent software, and natural sound to minimise the distractions of the open office environment.
