June has been another busy month for Mondago, with a new maintenance release of Go Connect for Panasonic plus the long awaited release of Go Connect Attendant V3. Perhaps the biggest news however, is that Mondago have now received the highest possible partner accolade from Panasonic.

The Japanese electronics giant are extremely selective when it comes to their global partner program and the news offers even further assurance about Mondago’s platforms to partners across the vendor landscape. Panasonics’ business communication systems are widely used throughout industry and the opportunity to further expand into this market for Mondago is a tantalising one.

Masaki Takeda, General Manager Marketing and Strategy for the Business Communication Business Unit at Panasonic, recognises the length and value of relationship between the two parties.

“It is a great pleasure for us to have Mondago as a Panasonic Gold Partner. Mondago has been working closely with Panasonic for years and they’ve always provided their high quality solutions and the best customer support, which contributed to increases in our customers’ business productivity through integration with Panasonic PBX systems.”

Mondago have been working alongside Panasonic since 2008, developing a specific solution in Go Connect for Panasonic. The product suite includes CTI tools that can boost productivity and enable a high level of integration between an organisation’s Panasonic phone system and their most critical CRM business systems.

Founder of Mondago, Alex Rogers, told us how this new certification has been achieved.

“We have worked extremely hard with Panasonic for around 10 years and we have had a lot of recognition across Europe, and now globally. At first it was a new concept, making a product specifically for manufacturer and not a lot of other people could offer that.”

The ease of integration and breadth of features has been one of the main benefits to Go Connect, making Mondago’s offering very appealing to vendors looking to offer their customers business system integration options. Mondago were also able to go further an offer additional customisation options specifically for Go Connect for Panasonic, enhancing their value as a partner.

“Our development would complement the features of their PBX. For example they bought out a door entry camera system and we worked to develop that into our software for them.”

This level of enhancement and custom development has enabled Mondago to take a unique position with Panasonic’s partner ecosystem as one of their longest standing and now most highly accredited partners. There is always a certain amount of fluctuation and change within a global company and Panasonic have been no different with huge internal and geographical changes over recent years.

“The fact that we have been supplying the Panasonic market for ten years is amazing, no-one has come close to that.”

The reality that Mondago have been a valued partner throughout these fluctuations reflects incredibly well on the strength of their team and the product itself. Takeda is also rightly enthused about the opportunity the newly elevated relationship represents for the future.
