Global communications vendor Mitel has announced the appointment of their new Vice President International Cloud Sales as they look to drive the growth of UCaaS and support customers on their Cloud journeys.
Rami Houbby brings 25 years of industry experience with companies such as 3COM and Allied Telesis. Most recently Rami was the Vice President of Cloud (EMEA) for BroadSoft and before that the founding Managing Director of the UK subsidiary of the German group NFON AG.

Rami will be based in the UK and reports in to Jeremy Butt, Senior Vice President, International at Mitel who commented, “Our continued commitment to supporting customers on their cloud journey has enabled us to achieve the number two position in UCaaS worldwide,”

This appointment is the latest in a series of recent hires and internal promotions at Mitel, designed to drive customer migration to the cloud and expand Mitel’s on-site business in EMEA and APAC.
