Mondago-go-go at Metaswitch InTouch Event

Conferences have often been an overwhelming, unfocused affair with much wasted time for participants. Metaswitch have aimed to change that with their series of events that have an altogether different feel. Metaswitch were the main sponsor at InTouch 2018 which forms part of a series of more intimate delegate focused event encouraging their partners to gain maximum value with great opportunities for networking. Mondago, CRM integration specialists, took this opportunity with both hands.

They exhibited their solutions for the first time at the event, and conference, the first of which took place in St. Louis at the start of May, and was repeated later in the month in Charlotte NC. Go Communicator was introduced for the first time to many of the Metaswitch partners in attendance and garnered some real interest. The success of the event is encouraging not only for Mondago but also for Metaswitch, as they rely on partners to provide enhancing solutions in addition to their core portfolio.

Steve Gleave, who is SVP for Marketing Communications at Metaswitch, spoke to UC Today about the event and how important Mondago’s attendance was to its success.

“There’s a breadth of product capabilities with Mondago that probably surprised a few people. Mondago clearly have an extensive range of CRM systems that they integrate with and their feature rich offering is a reality and a good reality.”

Increasing productivity for users is obviously a key focus for any business and Mondago’s Go Communicator enables this by connecting users’ desktop applications with their telephony service for a growing variety of CRM and Contact Management Systems for click-to-dial, inbound caller recognition and contact popping functionality.

 

Metaswitch have an eco-system of partners to provide services that amplify their offering to customers, on top of their traditional voice and application core.
