A junior girl’s football team is celebrating a double success thanks to support from comms supply specialist Nimans and wireless connectivity experts DrayTek.
Salford JFC have been crowned FA County Cup champions 2017 and League Cup winners too. The County Cup is the equivalent to the FA Cup whilst The League cup is run in a similar format to Rugby league’s winner-takes-all Grand Final. The girls, aged 11-13, will attend a special presentation at Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium on 11th June, where they will be presented with their medals.
“From everyone at Salford JFC we would like to thank Nimans for supplying goalposts and DrayTek for supplying the drink bottles, we appreciate all the help we can get,” said club spokesman Mark Crossley.
“Nimans is a big supporter of community-based projects and it’s great to help the girls on their road to glory,” said Judith Addison, Nimans’ Solutions Business Manager (Networking).
“When we heard about the girl’s team we had no hesitation in supporting them. Well done on their double cup success. We are proud to support another winning team.”
