Nimans’ resellers have been gaining a first-hand glimpse of Samsung’s latest CMS web-based call reporting, analytics and call recording solution – learning how they can achieve a winning result.
Samsung CMS builds on the success of its V6 Business Reporting and Call Recording suite of products which is being replaced from June. Samsung CMS seamlessly integrates with Samsung OfficeServ and SCM phone systems, providing accurate in-depth analytics, call recording and evaluation on business inbound and outbound calls
Resellers from across the country flocked to events in the south and north of the country including Manchester United’s Old Trafford football stadium.
“The roadshows were a big success as the new Samsung CMS business reporting and call recording software took centre stage and proved a winning combination,” said Chris Hopkins, Solutions Business Manager for Samsung at Nimans. “Resellers were particularly impressed by its ability to be used on both SIP and ISDN lines for easy equipment upgrades.”
Samsung CMS benefits from an all new look and feel with a new menu structure, intuitive graphical user interface and optimisation to auto-adjust according to screen size.
Enhanced security incorporates a new password policy and role-based access with permissions – along with improved multi-site access. In addition a new report scheduler allows multiple reports to be emailed to multiple users.
Attendees took advantage of signing up for a free day of in-house training and to upgrade their customers for free, as Chris added: “The roadshows enabled resellers to get hands on with the product, hear the differences between Samsung Business Reporting and Call Recording and Samsung CMS in detail, and to be the first to see the new price book. As reports are delivered over a web browser, any device that supports this can be used – so it can be accessed anywhere which makes it much more flexible.”
