Pragma, a channel-focused distribution company supporting Ericsson-LG in delivering iPECS UC to companies throughout the UK, has seen phenomenal growth once again this year. Since the business was founded in 2012, Pragma has been on a course of consistent progress and development, bringing innovative technology to the UK market.

Recently, Pragma shared the details of their most recent success with the press, after closing their sixth year of trading with an impressive 18% rate of year-over-year growth.

While many companies have been building on their cloud communications market, taking advantage of the trend towards more flexible digital strategies, Pragma has revealed exceptional performance in both their cloud systems and their on-premises solutions. The continued success of the company demonstrates both Pragma’s outstanding go-to-market strategy and the strength of the Ericsson-LG portfolio.

What’s Driving Pragma’s Growth?

Pragma believes that their ongoing growth over the last few years has been a result of their commitment to developing stronger relationships with reseller partners. Pragma is consistently bringing new value-added partners into their network, while their crucial vendor Ericsson-LG continues to move from strength to strength in their pursuit of a market-leading product portfolio.

Pragma began 2018 on a positive note, moving into a new and enhanced purpose facility, where they could give their team more room to innovate and grow. The facility provided additional office and warehouse capacity, as well as a focused technical training centre for partners to take advantage of.

Pragma also made a new appointment this year, recruiting new Product Marketing Manager, Andy Herring. Andy joins Pragma from a position with the communication distributor Westcon, where he worked for a decade. His background in Westcon means that Andy can bring extensive knowledge and experience in Product Management, Sales and Product Marketing into the Pragma community.

Andy will be responsible for working throughout the Pragma business with the Technical Support, Sales, and Marketing Teams. Pragma believes that Andy will be fundamental in helping to refine and improve product introductions while working with channel partners to make sure that they have the tools and resources they need to confidently deliver the latest Ericsson-LG solutions to the market.

Time for Celebration at Pragma

Another year of successful sales and new partnerships has everyone in good spirits within the Pragma team. The new Product Marketing Manager, Andy Herring said that when he joined the company this year, he was attracted by Pragma’s position as a “breath of fresh air” in the communications market. Pragma sets itself apart from the crowd by offering a unique combination of traditional values like the commitment to partner support, and innovative thinking.

The Sales and Marketing Director for Pragma, Will Morey also has announced in a recent press release that the Pragma team is proud of what it’s accomplished over 2018 so far. Although they believe that some of their success can be attributed to the robust nature of the Ericsson-LG portfolio, Pragma has also worked exceptionally hard to make sure that their partners can accomplish incredible things in the UK marketplace.

Over the last 6 years, Pragma has been committed to not only delivering complementary technologies and communication solutions to the UK market but also building an engaged channel of resellers to provide those solutions. Pragma believes that the long-term relationships they make with their partners are what helps them to maintain their ongoing success in the increasingly competitive communication space.

A Record-Topping Year for Pragma

The Managing Director of Pragma, Tim Brooks describes the brand as a “force to be reckoned with” thanks to its incredible team, and dedicated channel of resellers. Currently, the company is working to deliver additional propositions for the UK marketplace, which focus on the development of the Ericsson LG iPECS cloud and on-premise solutions.

To add to their fantastic year, both Ericsson-LG Enterprise and Pragma have been shortlisted in 6 separate categories for the upcoming Communications National Awards, as well as the CRN awards. What’s more, 9 of Pragma’s closest partners have also secured finalist positions for this year’s awards ceremonies.

The product and development roadmap for the years ahead with Pragma will concentrate on the growth of the channel partner environment, and the creation of new solutions for futureproof communication investments. Pragma says that with new supplier partnerships, application launches and team members on the horizon, 2019 will have a lot to offer every member of the Pragma community.
