According to the President and EVP of Mitel Solutions and Products, Bob Agnes, OfficeLink was designed to support Mitel’s ever-evolving small business users in a digitally-transforming collaborative space. The aim of the new custom-built application is to give smaller companies only the features they need most for collaboration, without cluttering up their workflow with too many options.
Agnes noted that the recent development reflects Mitel’s over-arching commitment to helping customers from all backgrounds to reach their goals as they pursue their path to the cloud.
UC Capabilities Tailored to Each Customer
The Mitel OfficeLink application puts UC functionalities specifically intended for the SMB network directly in the hands of users by giving them access within their preferred mobile devices. The application comes equipped with support for multiple lines, as well as mid-call functionality with transfer, call conferencing, group calling, and various other advanced communication features that wouldn’t typically be available through general UC clients.
Cross-company chat, combined with streamlined voice workflows ensure that smaller companies can enjoy an easy-to-use and expand experience that helps on-the-go teams and dispersed employees to stay connected regardless of where their career might take them.
