Leading cloud communications and collaboration provider, Fuze, recently achieved the title of “visionary” in Gartner’s 2018 Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service. Fuze is a global provider of communication and collaboration solutions through the cloud, allowing for seamless access to content sharing, messaging, video, and voice.

Gartner’s Magic Quadrant is one of the leading reports for communications vendors worldwide. This year, for 2018’s UCaaS Magic Quadrant, Fuze has been named a “Visionary,” marking the ninth year that Fuze has been recognised in the report.

Empowering Communication on Any Device

Fuze is a vendor that provides today’s technology leaders with everything they need to minimise costs, streamline communication, and allow seamless collaboration on a range of devices. Fuze is spearheading digital transformation initiatives by enabling employees from every background to collaborate more efficiently and meet the ever-changing needs of a rapidly changing business environment. What’s more, the Fuze solution is also designed to make communication and collaboration simple through an intuitive experience on any device.

According to the CEO for Fuze, Colin Doherty, we’re entering the era of digital transformation in the workforce, and Fuze is well-positioned as a cloud innovator to support this transformation. Colin noted in a press release that Gartner’s recognition of the Fuze platform as a visionary solution validates the organisation’s investment in building one of the world’s leading collaboration and communication platforms. Doherty said that he believes the Fuze platform offers a “consumer-friendly experience for workers” as well as a differentiator for IT leaders and CIOs

Fuze Continues to Grow

Fuze has seen exceptional growth in recent years, driven in part by the rising market demand for communication and collaboration services on the cloud. In May of 2018, Fuze even announced their new Fuze 5.0 platform to help businesses further streamline communication and collaboration for teams that need to go behind the standard enterprise environment.

Fuze 5.0 represented a powerful step forward for Fuze this year, with state-of-the-art video, audio and content sharing, along with the introduction of centralised communication architecture. What’s more, Fuze also introduced further enhancements to their industry-leading experience for desktop, mobile, and browser support across all communication modalities. The new improvements lead to Fuze being named the Best Collaboration Solution for 2018 at the Software and Information Industry Association awards.

Looking to the Future with Fuze

Throughout 2018 so far, Fuze has been developing both it’s technology partnerships and global partner programs with leading SaaS companies throughout the enterprise. Recently, CRN provided Fuze with a 5-star rating in their 2018 Partner Program guide.

At the same time, Fuze is continuing to innovate in the conversation regarding the world of work. The company recently introduced a new survey about the changing work environment in 2018, which found that today’s employees want to avoid set office walls and working hours, and instead want to embrace a work-as-a-service approach.
