Nimans is inviting resellers to gain a first glimpse of Samsung’s latest CMS cloud-based call reporting, analytics and call recording solution.

Samsung CMS builds on the success of its V6 Business Reporting and Call Recording suite of products which is being replaced from June.  Samsung CMS seamlessly integrates with Samsung OfficeServ and SCM phone systems, providing accurate in-depth analytics, call recording and evaluation on business inbound and outbound calls

“We are delighted to invite you to attend one of our upcoming roadshows where we will be unveiling the new Samsung CMS business reporting and call recording software,” said Chris Hopkins, Solutions Business Manager for Samsung at Nimans.

The events take place on Tuesday 23rd May at Samsung’s Eastworth House offices in Chertsey, Surrey. On Wednesday 31st May a northern Event is being staged at Manchester United’s Old Trafford football stadium.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up for a free day of in-house training and the opportunity to upgrade three customers for free! Attendance is free and includes car parking, breakfast, lunch and refreshments. But places are strictly limited.

Samsung CMS benefits from an all new look and feel with a new menu structure, intuitive graphical user interface and optimisation to auto-adjust according to screen size.

Enhanced security incorporates a new password policy and role-based access with permissions – along with improved multi-site access. In addition a new report scheduler allows multiple reports to be emailed to multiple users.

Chris added: “Register for one of our roadshows to get hands on with the demo, hear the differences between Samsung Business Reporting and Call Recording and Samsung CMS in detail, and to be the first to see the new price book. As this is a cloud-based solution there is no need for an on-premise server to deploy the software so it can be accessed anywhere which makes it much more flexible.”
