3CX has been bringing the technology community together lately for UK partners and customers, with the adoption of a range of incredible SIP Trunk and IP Phone support integrations with some of the leading providers in the country. The most recent collaboration was with Voiceflex, one of the UK’s most popular vendors of voice products across the last decade.

After some careful testing of the SIP, data, and hosted services that Voiceflex has to offer, 3CX has implemented Voiceflex SIP trunking protocols into the network, for use with their 15.5 3CX product.

Introducing Voiceflex UK SIP trunks for 3CX

Voiceflex Portfolio3CX undergo thorough testing with any vendor or provider that they’re considering adding to their platform. After some stringent tests for interoperability and performance, 3CX recently revealed that the Voiceflex SIP trunk can be selected for access through the 3CX management console. This will be great news for people who are already familiar with Voiceflex products and services.

For more than a decade, Voiceflex has earned a reputation among UK companies and enterprises for their ability to provide exceptional voice and communication solutions. Their product portfolio includes a wide range of hosted, data and SIP products, and Voiceflex provides its customers with a reliable and secure SIP trunk service that is now available for all 3CX users.

Configuration Couldn’t be Simpler

Unlike many of the other UC solutions on the marketplace today, 3CX is particularly good at playing well with others, something that we’ve seen a significant amount of evidence of recently, with new SIP trunk solutions emerging from TalkTalk, SingTel, and Proximus, among others.

Regardless of which SIP trunk you decide to use with the 3CX platform, the good news is that configuration couldn’t be easier. In fact, all you need to do is go to your 3CX management console, and you’ll have access to all the guidance and help you need to access your Voiceflex configuration.

There’s a completely pre-configured template available for customers who want to use 3CX with Voiceflex, to ensure that clients can configure their system in a matter of minutes, rather than hours. However, the company recommends that you make sure you have the latest version of 3CX (15.5) before you try to access your new UK SIP trunking opportunities.
