Technology innovators, BroadSoft – now a part of the Cisco brand and a market leader in the world of cloud communications, messaging, and collaboration, recently announced that it will now be simpler for BroadWorks service providers to offer UC capabilities on the BroadSoft Cloud. The UC-One software as a service (SaaS) solution for EMEA and North America service providers means that anyone can tap into the benefits that the BroadSoft cloud system has to offer.

CBTS, the fully-owned subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell recently became the first service provider to deploy the UC-One SaaS offering and add it to their portfolio for customers.

What is BroadSoft UC-One SaaS?

UC-One SaaS is the cloud delivery option that gives service providers the opportunity to add all the unique benefits of UC-One into any current BroadWorks call control strategy. The software-as-a-service offering provides a range of high-quality capabilities without the need for complex additional software. In fact, onboarding clients with the solution takes a matter of minutes, ensuring that service providers have the resources to offer a fully comprehensive cloud opportunity to end users.

The UC-One application is a collaboration service offered on the BroadSoft cloud, which delivers messaging, calling, and meeting facilities for companies of all shapes and sizes. The system includes options for dispersed and global employees, as well as all the must-have services for UC&C in the modern world, such as HD video and voice, instant messaging, file sharing, presence, screen sharing, and more. The UC-One application can integrate with popular business tools, to provide end-to-end productivity in the enterprise environment.
