Additionally, the service enables organisations to quickly manage customer requests to access, identify, and delete personal data. This complies with the “right to be forgotten” requirement that forms a fundamental part of the GDPR.

Liquid Voice Automated Speech Transcription

The Liquid Voice Automated Speech Transcription solution is one of the only solutions available today for organisations who want complete control over their compliance with GDPR, without the need to deploy additional staff to manually search recordings. The new solution can search through stored information for specific phrases and words. Results can be viewed in seconds, eliminating the limitations of standard systems.

Business recordings can be automatically transcribed into text for Liquid Voice users, with different speakers in a conversation being colour-coded to allow for simpler identification and quicker management of the calls, without the need to manually listen to recordings.
