Firstly Rob and Patrick discuss the premise behind Customer Contact Week which focuses on customer experience, CX.
The usual technology providers were all present to showcase their latest customer facing solutions in contact centre. The main trend from the event was the rise in the use of artificial intelligence within customer service solutions. As well as AI, omnichannel was a critical tool for technology vendors to improve their provision of CX platforms.
Customer Contact Week also included an awards evening, where the most innovative and effective customer service providers were rewarded, which Patrick and Rob also review.
Finally the guys run through the exhibition itself and look at their highlights from the week.
