Webex connects smoothly with various industry-leading applications, allowing users to maintain their workflows without interruption or fragmentation. Cisco enhanced this feature at its annual event, Enterprise Connect 2022, announcing more than integrations for its leading technology partners to improve productivity via meetings and messaging. Some of the apps to explore include:

1. Ving

Ving Hybrid Technologies offers a unified video conferencing technology that links to various meeting platforms through a single user interface. This makes it possible for users to hold HD video meetings with anyone, whether they are using Webex, Skype, Google Hangouts, or another video conferencing solution. Thanks to this new integration, WebEx users can now create, list, and attend meetings directly from the Ving video conferencing platform. The integration between Ving and Webex is currently available to all Ving customers.

2. Neo Suite

ASC Technologies’ integration, Neo Suite, delivers a fully integrated Webex VoIP recording solution. In Webex Meetings, users may manage meeting recordings, video/audio conferences, and conversations while adhering to legal recording restrictions. The app also provides an intuitive search interface for recordings and comprehensive session playback. This solution is available to all Webex customers.

3. Appy Pie Connect

This integration provides a no-code solution that makes it easy to connect Webex with over 100 popular business applications, including Salesforce, JIRA, Twitter, etc. With Appy Pie Connect, users can automate various processes, such as creating tasks in Asana whenever a meeting is scheduled in Webex or sending a Slack message when a Webex meeting ends. Non-technical users can utilize Appy Pie Connect to boost growth and productivity across the company.

4. Gong

Gong’s Reality Platform analyzes and records meeting data automatically and distributes insights at scale, helping revenue and go-to-market teams to select the optimal actions for successful outcomes. The integration between Gong and Webex makes it possible for users to hold video meetings and automatically generate meeting transcripts and insights and actions based on the meeting data. 7. Bizly

Bizly will simplify meetings and streamline attendee collaboration, whether hybrid or in-person. This integration will provide customers with a frictionless experience and access to powerful tools like meeting space recommendations and expert support. Bizly’s hybrid solution is available to all Webex users.

8. Vymo

Vymo (a sales accelerator technology for financial companies) allows users to log their Webex calls as actions on the Vymo app and identify them against a lead, customer, or partner. The meeting minutes are captured, and all the attachments from the meeting are automatically added to the Vymo notes section. This way, users can focus on their calls and not worry about logging them later. Vymo’s integration is available to all Webex customers.

9. Skilljar

Skilljar’s virtual learning platform is known for speeding up client onboarding and product uptake by delivering captivating multimedia courses in a user-friendly, mobile-responsive environment. Users may smoothly shift between Skilljar training courses and online live sessions with Skilljar’s connectivity. Now, with the new Skilljar and Webex integration, it is easy to join live online sessions. The integration also enables automatic recording of all training sessions, which Users can use for future reference or review.

10. Wisembly

Users can now broadcast Webex sessions via the popular event management tool, Wisembly. It allows the incorporation of quizzes, Q&A sessions, polls, and brainstorming to get everyone in the room involved, no matter how large the gathering is. With Wisembly’s connection with Webex, hybrid, online, and physical events can become more engaging.

11. Rootly

Rootly allows incident responders to automate time-consuming manual procedures to focus on other things that matter most, such as effective incident resolution teamwork. Rootly is a Slack-based incident management service, and its new Webex connection initiates a Webex meeting instantly when an event occurs.

Thanks to their new integration, users can now manage Webex meetings straight from within the eM Client UI. Companies, teams, and professionals can use this artificial intelligence-powered meeting management software to achieve business goals and manage meeting lifecycles. Users can take notes, create action items, collaborate on agendas, and more in real-time with Webex and eM Client integration, all without switching between applications.

13. Enjoyn

With a simple, easy-to-use layout available on various platforms, Enjoyn is a privacy-focused scheduling solution that optimizes virtual meetings and simplifies meeting management for groups or individuals (Android, Web, iOS, Windows). Enjoyn’s Webex integration allows businesses to connect customers with services by providing a safe, virtual calling solution.

To integrate any of these apps with Cisco Webex, log in and pick My Webex Apps from the options under the user avatar at the top of the home page. Click “Create a New App” followed by “Create an Integration” to start using connected meeting workflows.
