Jamie Litherland joined VOSS in 2020 as a Solution Owner for the VOSS UC performance management business unit. In 2022, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, tasked with overseeing the HR and IT functions, and the day to day running of the organization. Jamie has worked in technology for over 10 years, holding positions in development, sales, and operations at a number of early-stage start-ups and VC-backed high-growth organizations. Most recently, Jamie has been focused on the telecommunications industry, working at a network, unified communications and contact centre MSP. Jamie has a degree in Business and Economics from the University of West of England and enjoys reading to widen his knowledge for work and personal interests.
