OneBill brings together billing and revenue operations into a single unified platform which aims to accelerate revenue growth by reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO) and improve the trailing 12-month (TTM) for UCaaS providers.

The platform does this by automating end-to-end billing and revenue operations, streamlining accounting and taxation, and stopping revenue leakage.

OneBill can also be deployed for configure-price-quote (CPQ), automated order fulfilment, customer relationship management (CRM), and more.

The company also states that it is the only one that can do real-time multi-party and commission settlement across multi-level channel management.

JK Chelladurai, OneBill Founder and CEO, commented: “By choosing OneBill, UCaaS providers will have all their billing and revenue operations automated and streamlined within a single unified agile billing platform.

“This allows for the elimination of manual processes, improves process efficiency, stops revenue leakage, reduces costs, and maximises their revenue.”

OneBill can process CDRs from multiple vendors and has a powerful usage-rating engine that can rate, charge, and bill on any aspect of UC products such as seats, text messages, calling minutes, bandwidth, API calls, and more.

This capability allows businesses to cater their products, workflows, and pricing strategies to their unique needs.

OneBill features an internal tax engine and out-of-the-box integrations with Avalara, SureTax, Vertex, and Compliance Solutions to handle telecom taxes seamlessly and eliminate any audit risks.

The platform also supports wholesale taxation, meaning UCaaS vendors can tax their channel partners and resellers.

OneBill’s CRM offering gives vendors a 360-degree view to enhance their experience by enabling them to manage their profiles and control their subscription plans, as well as a storefront shopping cart that helps vendors manage their customers and their interactions through the end-to-end revenue generation experience.

The CRM offering can also generate orders, invoices, payments, and raise IT tickets from a single interface.

Chelladurai added: “Due to OneBill’s vast features to automate the entire lead-to-revenue management lifecycle, from CPQ, CDR processing, usage rating, billing and invoicing automation, product bundling, and more, OneBill can reduce the TCO of UCaaS providers.

“It means they can stay ahead of their competition by quickly launching and enabling subscriptions of their products with any pricing strategy they can think of.

“It also boosts the ability to enter new markets and scale their business easily due to OneBill having multi-currency and multi-language support.”

So far, more than 200 UCaaS providers worldwide have deployed OneBill for their billing operations, which include NEC, SIPPIO, 101VOICE, SpectrumVoIP, and VoiceNEXT.

Over $2bn worth of transactions is being processed through the platform yearly, while more than three million usage transactions are processed daily.

OneBill customers are generating over two million invoices annually and the platform can support more than 140 currencies and languages.
