France-headquartered Aircall is partnering with Germany’s largest telco Deutsche Telekom to offer German businesses its cloud-based communications system.

Together, the partners said they will deliver a solution that is easy to install and which can be integrated with over 100 major business tools, including the likes of Salesforce, Hubspot and Zendesk.

Customers will also be provided with a system that complements on-site, hybrid or remote work, and a dashboard that enables them to monitor staff performance and improve productivity through team collaboration.

“The Aircall app is all that is needed for sales and support teams,” said Michael Müller-Berg, responsible for Partner Management at Telekom Deutschland, the SME business unit of Deutsche Telekom. “We embed in the solution our network expertise to provide our customers with a highly efficient communication system.”

Jonathan Anguelov, Co-Founder and General Manager at Aircall, said:

“With Deutsche Telekom, we will be connecting the widest range of businesses with Aircall’s cloud business phone system and call centre software. This will empower them to communicate more effectively.”

He added: “Since our last fundraising in June 2021, we’ve dedicated a lot of effort and investment to build a team of technical experts dedicated to the creation of systems and technical bridges, allowing Aircall to partner with any industrial reseller using any business model.”

Aircall reports 75 percent sales growth for 2021, with 10,000 existing business customers globally. Last year, it pledged to use part of the $120m it raised in its latest funding round to expand its presence in the UK.

Aircall has so far raised more than $226m in investment and the last round brought its valuation to over $1bn, elevating it to “unicorn” status.

RingCentral announced a go-to-market partnership with Deutsche Telekom last year, designed to serve the communications needs of companies of all sizes.
