Unify, an Atos brand for collaboration and communication solutions recently achieved a new accolade from Aragon Research Globe. Unify offers a digital portfolio of workplace solutions for more productive and efficient communications in companies of all sizes. Their goal is to provide brands with the tools they need to improve team performance, enhance business efficiency, and increase individual engagement.
Aragon Research Inc., an organisation committed to conducting in-depth studies into the marketplace, have positioned Unify as a leader for the Unified Communications and Collaboration section of their global evaluation for 2018. The report examines 15 of the biggest providers in the current market, with a focus on the highest-quality services for video, voice, messaging services, and collaboration tools.
Showing the Qualities of a Leader
Supported by the secure digital platforms of their parent brand, “Atos” Unify delivers high-quality technology innovations, combined with flexibility and reliability to customers around the world. The Aragon research study, known as “The Globe” segments companies into four sectors, like the Gartner Magic Quadrant. Entrants within the research are sorted into the category of specialist, innovator, contender, or leader.
This is the second consecutive year in which Unify has achieved the position of “Leader”. The leadership category celebrates vendors that have the most comprehensive strategies for unified communication and collaboration – aligning with market demand and the growth of the industry.
According to the CMO for Unify, Paul Cunningham, the brand couldn’t be more thrilled to receive this accolade from Aragon Research once again. Unify believes that their position as a leader helps to highlight the strength of their unique UC&C solution and the complete range of services they offer through the OpenScape Cloud and Circuit.
Unify Will Continue to Grow
Cunningham noted that Circuit and OpenScape Cloud harness Unify’s history of development and innovation in the space of UC&C and form a crucial part of the Atos Digital Workplace service – intended to help companies in their digital transformation (DX) transition.
With both OpenScape and Circuit at their fingertips, Unify has been able to build a complete UC&C portfolio of unique solutions for the cloud, on-premises, and hybrid customers. The range of services that Unify has to offer should help to position the brand well heading forward – particularly as more companies make the shift to message-based collaboration tools.
