Fuze, the leading cloud-based communications platform provider for the modern global enterprise, has announced the expansion of its global partner programme to include the option for select partners to resell its solution, a significant expansion from the previous referral model. The initiative, which forms an integral part of the company’s international growth strategy, rewards partners who collaborate with Fuze and help extend the company’s reach in key territories, including: North America; UK and Europe; Australia; New Zealand; and Africa. Fuze is also piloting professional services and support partner engagement models with additional programme components to roll out in 2018.

“Unified communications and collaboration stands as the next hyper-growth market opportunity for the channel; we are excited to launch this expanded partnership programme as a core element of Fuze’s business growth strategy,” said Chris Doggett, Chief Sales Officer, Fuze.

“We have expanded the programme to enable value-added resellers, solution providers, and IT/communications solution consultants to offer Fuze’s market-leading communications platform to their customers and prospects and grow their business.” As part of the expanded programme, partners will be fully supported by Fuze at all stages of the sales process and will receive recurring commissions or discounts upon customer activation depending on the preferred engagement model. The flexible programme terms allow partners to choose their own levels of involvement across the Fuze sales process, whether it is collaborating on customer acquisitions from start to finish, or simply offering an initial recommendation. Fuze also provides ongoing sales and technical support to partners as part of the expanded program.

Additional programme benefits include:

  • Attractive commissions/discounts for recurring and non-recurring fees
  • Sales certification programme available through online training
  • Business planning leveraging proposal-based Market Development Funds (MDF)
  • Sales incentives and back-end rebates
  • Sales tools, including Not for Resale (NFR) and use of a network diagnostic tool

As partners become more successful with Fuze, the benefits increase as they move to higher tiers. The new partner portal also offers partners a simplified deal registration process, allowing them to easily book deals and enhance visibility into their overall business with Fuze. Partners enjoy access to a broader content library, including campaigns, eBooks, and product and sales documentation, to effectively leverage the Fuze partnership. Michael Robinson, Portfolio Practice Director at Logicalis, an international IT solutions and managed services provider and existing Fuze partner in the UK, added:

“With Fuze, Logicalis UK saw the potential for a true partnership, benefitting our new and existing customers by accelerating their adoption of a digital workplace, as part of their broader digital transformation journey.

“Logicalis’ long history integrating unified communications environments meant we recognised the strength of the Fuze platform, straightforward integration, rapid deployment, and ease of adoption. Logicalis’ Assurance Services then complements Fuze in ensuring high availability of customer infrastructure enabling a great user experience (UX).”

“Demand for UCaaS continues to grow and our partnership with Fuze allows Logicalis UK to rapidly help organisations realise the benefits of a cloud-based unified communications solution.”

“SHI’s customers have benefited significantly through our partnership with Fuze,” said Brian Fritts, Manager of Unified Communications and Collaboration at SHI International Corp.

“Through close collaboration of our sales teams and outstanding pre-sales and post-sales support, Fuze has helped SHI provide our customers with a world-class business communication platform.”
