Mitel, leading communications company, has emerged as the best UCaaS solution provider in terms of value according to a new worldwide study. The report by Eastern Management Group found that Mitel had the best-value UCaaS and hosted PBX solutions to offer after a detailed analysis of more than 23,000 surveys and interviews.

The report, intended to offer insights to both vendors and customers alike, highlighted the drivers and trends helping to guide companies on their journey into the cloud. The report found that more than half of all companies are now considering a hosted PBX to replace their ageing phone systems. Additionally, growth and small businesses are making up the largest segment of the market.
