The IHS Markit UCaaS Scorecard

The IHS Markit Scorecard for UCaaS Leadership in North America assesses some of the top US-based providers in the UCaaS environment and evaluates their ability to succeed long-term with market share, market momentum, financial stability, and service development. According to the Senior Research Director for IHS Markit, Diane Myers, RingCentral’s advanced range of UCaaS capabilities means that it’s well-positioned to support the ever-evolving needs of business communications in today’s increasingly complex workforce.

RingCentral earned the number one rank for the second year in a row thanks to its incredible progress in global expansion and its investments into customer success and support. The IHS Markit scorecard drew attention to various key strengths in the RingCentral portfolio, including their 76% revenue growth year-over-year in enterprise and mid-market segments, their large install base, and their innovative collaboration abilities combined with UCaaS.

IHS Markit also drew attention to RingCentral’s significant investments in analytics and IT administration.
