Next-generation CTI company responsible for integrating the world’s leading voice and CRM platforms, Tenfold, recently announced new funding success. The company has secured $7.5 million in Series C funding led by the Next Coast Ventures company. This round also includes a host of investments from other returning investors, including Salesforce Ventures and the Geekdom Fund.

Tenfold is planning to use its new capital to extend the real-time integration lay of its cloud solution and intelligent integrated UI to support more CRMs and platforms. The integrations connect critical data across service and sales teams in real-time, allowing Tenfold to stand out as an industry leader. According to the CEO of Tenfold, Jeff Cotten (pictured above), customers are awaiting the day when they call a service centre and know that the person on the other end will be equipped with the right information at their fingertips. The additional funding means that Tenfold can empower even more service organisations around the world.

Creating an Integrated Service and Sales Experience

Creating a fully-integrated experience for service and sales is a challenge that most customer engagement centres face. Agents often need to deal with many screens and systems to get the information they need to support customers. The real value to the agent is creating a streamlined workflow and bringing a fully integrated voice into the CRM.

Tenfold’s intelligent UI applies improved context to the CRM, ensuring that agents have more immediate access to the most relevant data for their interactions, to solve the tasks at hand. Additionally, Tenfold’s SaaS-based delivery model is compatible with legacy on-premises phone systems alongside modern cloud-based communications tools. Unlike other devices requiring local provisioning, it’s also completely cloud-based.

Tenfold has recently upgraded its relationship with RingCentral, NICE inContact, Avaya, and more, to integrate with CRMs like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and more.

According to the GM and EVP of Salesforce Service Cloud, Bill Patterson, the team is very impressed with the significant market traction that Tenfold is getting with its large-scale contact centres in strategic industries like high-tech, retail, and financial services. Tenfold provides Salesforce with the breadth and depth required to better integrate voice into their service and sales CRM.

Tenfold is a critical partner for Salesforce, as well as many of the other companies that they are associated with. The company’s mission to revolutionise the customer service experience fits within the company’s ongoing strategy for disruption. Tenfold want to address common problems for both consumers and companies alike.
