Communications company AudioCodes has unveiled its "Intelligent Meeting Room" to enhance meetings through AI capabilities.
Intelligent Meeting Room integrates generative AI for automated meeting summarisation with intelligent video capabilities.
With this, AudioCodes aims to enhance productivity and engagement during meetings for both in-person and remote participants.

Enhancing Collaboration Through Visual AI Capabilities
The Intelligent Meeting Room leverages generative AI to automatically create and share meeting summaries.
This feature allows participants present in the room to concentrate on discussions rather than being distracted by manual note-taking.
“The AI Summary is enabled through a bot developed by AudioCodes (powered by its Meeting Insights technology). The AI Summary bot can be easily added to the meeting via the AudioCodes RX-PAD meeting controller, ensuring that specific valuable insights from meetings are captured without interrupting the flow of conversation.”
This capability not only streamlines the meeting experience to key points but is then able to be transformed into a significant organisational knowledge repository through AudioCodes' Meeting Insights technology, which will record, transcribe and offer AI-powered meeting minutes.
Equally, AudioCodes believe their solution will not only enhance meetings, but better integrate in-person and remote attendees for a more holistic experience.
