Avocor adds Jabra to CollabTouch programme

Avocor has added various Jabra devices into its CollabTouch programme through a partnership that is expected to bolster hybrid working experiences.

The Danish audio and video conferencing provider Jabra is combining its PanaCast 50 Video Bar System (VBS) and Panacast 50 Video Room System with Avocor’s CollabTouch Kit and G, E, H, E92, and L series of displays.

Describing itself as a global leader of collaboration solutions, the US-based Avocor regards this partnership as the fusion of its own meeting equity and inclusion capabilities with Jabra’s “technical excellence”.

Olly Henderson, Head of Portfolio at Jabra, commented on its new partnership with Avocor: “Jabra are delighted to partner with Avocor to bring to market a best-in-class solution utilising our leading technologies."

The Jabra PanaCast VBS is the perfect complement to Avocor displays and opens opportunity for us and all our deployment partners to create a multitude of new use cases in a host of new verticals."

Avocor Meets Jabra

Jabra’s Panacast 50 VBS is an all-in-one video system that includes professional quality audio and intelligent features like Virtual Director and accurate voice detection.

Together with Avocor’s interactive displays, users can easily collaborate no matter what the size or configuration of the meeting space.

In fact, regardless of the many types of meeting room designs in the modern hybrid world, Avocor believes that its CollabTouch solutions allow for the optimal screen size, features, and functions for all these spaces by carefully choosing complimentary design configurations from its Alliance Partners.

Avacor display series offers features to meet all deployment needs, such as BYOD Rooms, Microsoft Signature Teams Rooms, and Zoom Rooms.

The Avacor CollabTouch Kit simplifies installations, deployment, and connectivity for more flexible and scalable solutions that ultimately add more value than competitors, according to Avacor.

Wayne N. Driggers Jr., Head of Global Alliances at Avocor, spoke about the need for interoperability of solutions to advance meeting equity: “The advancement, and increased adoption, of whiteboarding and infinite canvas applications, provided by or integrated with leading UC platforms, has increased the need for better enabled meeting spaces that do not limit workers capabilities.

This partnership with Jabra is reportedly part of Avacor’s bigger plans to create technological alliances across multiple unified communications and collaboration ecosystems.
