Boom Collaboration US distribution deal

Boom Collaboration has signed a US distribution deal with network supply specialist Flytec Computers.

The Florida-based Flytec has secured access to Boom's range of advanced conferencing solutions, spanning from plug-and-play devices to fully integrated room systems, all aimed at simplifying meetings and enhancing their quality.

Boom Collaboration Cofounder Fredrik Hörnkvist commented:

Boom Collaboration was established with a passion for fostering collaboration and a commitment to addressing the latest trends in video conferencing technology. Flytec Computers is a very innovative company just like us. This deal provides us with the platform to penetrate deeper across the US and beyond as we continue to grow and develop around the world."

Boom Collaboration Cofounder Holli Hulett expanded upon Hörnkvist's comments, highlighting that Flytec Computers is a leading distributor of fixed wireless and networking equipment that serves the US, Canada, and Latin America. Hullett clarified that Flytec and Boom Collaboration's business philosophies and growth strategies are "very much aligned".

Boom Collaboration has responded to the growing need for seamless communication tools in contemporary meeting settings by producing innovative products to elevate video and audio quality. Its solutions intend to bridge distances, foster closer connections among individuals, and enhance overall productivity.

"Partnering with Boom Collaboration aligns perfectly with our mission to offer top-quality hardware that enhances the meeting room experience," added Bruno Rocha, CEO at Flytec Computers.

"Their products are tailored to meet the demands of today's fast-paced business world, offering exceptional video and crystal clear audio performance. By integrating Boom Collaboration's innovative solutions into its product offerings, Flytec Computers can provide its customers with the tools they need to accomplish more in less time.”

Boom Collaboration's Momentous Six Months

Founded in 2020 by Hörnkvist and Hulett, Boom Collaboration is headquartered in Texas and has swiftly expanded its conferencing product portfolio, operating in over 30 countries globally. The company has experienced impressive milestones over the past six months in particular.

In October, Boom Collaboration announced it had partnered with Westcoast to distribute its video conferencing hardware products in the UK.

IT distributor Westcoast will distribute the complete range of Boom Collaboration products, including 4K PTZ conferencing cameras, video bars, personal devices, and audio speakers, to over 5,000 active resellers across the UK. Boom's offerings cater to various user requirements and room sizes, boasting technology "to stand the test of time".

Meanwhile, Boom Collaboration launched its all-in-one Boom HALO video bar in January, promising a seamless collaboration experience.

Boom HALO features a 4K UHD camera, six microphone arrays and high-fidelity speakers. Available through Westcoast, its advanced capabilities encompass facial recognition, speaker tracking, intelligent noise reduction, and AI auto-framing. Further, extra ports enable audio expansion to accommodate flexible rooms and growing teams.

Boom’s video bar lineup encompasses the high-performance AURA and the compact UNO, designed for smaller and personal use. A three-year warranty supports all products in this portfolio.
