The Judging Role
The judging role is critical to the credibility of our awards. Our judges evaluate submissions based on genuine innovation and measurable enterprise impact rather than marketing claims. You will review entries across our three core themes: Platform, People, and Possibility.

We know your time is valuable. That is why the judging process is highly focused, requiring only a few hours of your time in October. During this window, you will conduct independent, blind scoring on a curated selection of entries relevant to your specific expertise. We require absolute neutrality and no commercial conflicts.
You must be willing to defend your reasoning and provide mandatory feedback for the entries you score. The resulting conversations around the shortlist will be some of the most insightful in the industry.
Who Should Apply
We are looking for senior practitioners, analysts, and enterprise buyers with a point of view. If you have made procurement decisions, managed enterprise deployments, or actively advised organizations on what platforms to buy, we want your voice on the panel.
Marcus Law and I are actively reviewing applications to build a panel that truly reflects the reality of the market. If you know the difference between a great product and a great marketing campaign, you are exactly who we need.
The Purpose Behind the Awards
The workplace technology market is highly complex. Vendors seek credible validation for their solutions, while enterprise buyers need to know what actually works in real environments. The UC Awards exist to answer one critical question: which organizations, products, and leaders are genuinely shaping the future of work?
