DTEN will grow by at least 70% this year in its EMEA region, according to its general manager of EMEA.
The collaboration endpoints company, which recently announced the upcoming the DTEN ONboard digital whiteboard in conjunction with Zoom, is expanding globally as well as financially.
DTEN's GM of EMEA told UC Today it has sold to 33 different countries in the EMEA region, with the UK, Germany and France representing its most active areas for business.
He also spoke about its relationship with Zoom, new applications for its technology, and DTEN's future projects.
Doug Remington, GM / Head of EMEA at DTEN, said:
"We've been growing rapidly since we started up, and we grew by 70% last year, even coming out of a pandemic.
"We expect to do at least that this year because the offices are opening.
"Areas like education also really grew for us during the pandemic because our devices are a great application for the hybrid classroom."
DTEN is gaining access to new markets as it spreads its operations around the world.
The company is now selling its product across Europe, North America, APAC, the Middle East, Africa, and LATAM. This means DTEN now has sales channels in every continent.
Following the recent expansion into the Middle East, where they now have a permanent representative, the company is also building business in Africa leveraging a network of partners and distributors. Regional and local partners bring improved support and language specialisations for customers.
One source of the company's growth is Zoom's investment in DTEN in October last year.
Remington said: "[Our relationship with Zoom] is not just a financial. There's a financial piece, but I think the bigger piece is the alignment between the product development and engineering teams.
