Leaders in the creation of cutting-edge sound and communication solutions, Jabra, recently announced the arrival of a new addition to their partnership program. Code, a technology company, delivering software for the UC and collaboration environment, will be joining the Jabra channel strategy this year.
Since the start of 2019, the Jabra team has been pushing forward on a new strategy to diversify its partnerships with software providers, improving the quality and range of services that it can offer end users. Under this new channel strategy, Jabra has built its relationship with Code Software as a strategic partner. The new partnership between the two companies will bring Code’s state-of-the-art software for Unified Communication and Collaboration into Jabra devices.
What to Expect from Jabra and Code
Code has been providing fantastic UC&C solutions like analytics, recording, reporting, billing, and general management to businesses around the world since 2013. As the new partnership with Jabra launches, Code will begin incorporating Jabra’s software solution into the ClobbaDM ground-breaking Unified Communications and Collaboration offering.
The ClobbaDM offering from Code has already proven itself in the UC&C environment, offering a range of high-quality reporting solutions and inventory management tools to provide users with a host of valuable insights into call quality, communication issues and more. The upgraded partnership will help users from all backgrounds to more efficiently manage their Jabra devices.
As part of the new partnership, businesses will be able to purchase ClobbaDM licences, which should give Jabra even more points of differentiation when it comes to standing out in the current marketplace. The collaboration between the two brands meets the emerging end-user demand for a greater range of value-added capabilities to be integrated into the heart of their UC technology offering. This should provide a unique opportunity for Jabra to recruit more customers going forward too.
Improving the UC&C Environment
The Director for Code Software, Mark Armstrong, noted in a press release that Code is thrilled to be working alongside Jabra going forward. The team hopes that the ClobbaDM solution will offer companies with Jabra devices the valuable insights they need to improve user adoption, and identify call quality issues more rapidly while providing a simpler way to manage multiple devices.
The Managing Director for Jabra’s EMEA North Region, Nigel Dunn, commented that as the UC market grows to an expected value of £34 billion by 2021, the management of end-user devices is becoming increasingly important to all businesses. The strategic partnership with Code Software will help Jabra to give their customers more of what they need in the current environment.
Alongside a wide range of functions for UC&C performance, end-users will also be better-equipped to manage their Jabra devices through a simple and intuitive single pane of glass solution. This should help IT, leaders, to improve user adoption, reduce end-user troubleshooting, and minimise operational costs.
