The Grandstream GXP2130 is the American Telecoms Developer's latest Enterprise IP Phone designed to help improve the performance of SOHOs, SME and enterprise level business users.
As the brand's latest Enterprise IP phone offering, Grandstream claim the GXP2130 offers a suite of powerful VoIP features that improve call quality and ensure agents are able to deliver the best possible service to their callers – but how much truth is there in these claims?
In order to find out, we’ve decided to do a review on the product and test how well it lives up to Grandstream’s reputation as one of the world’s leading producers of high quality business IP phones.

Elegantly designed and built for efficiency, the GXP2130 offers multiple function and line keys along with a luxurious 2.8inch TFT colour LCD display making it a more than suitable addition to the desktop of any respectable businessperson.
What can it do?
Each GXP2130 phone supports 3 lines and up to 3 SIP accounts and provides 3 dual-coloured line keys and 8 coloured BLF/Speed Dial keys for added flexibility and efficiency. As well as this, the TLS and SRTP security encryption technology built in to every device ensures all calls and accounts are kept secure during every call.
In terms of audio quality, the GXP2130 features HD sound in both the handset and the full-duplex speakerphone to maximise call clarity while the four-way audio conferencing feature allows users to easily engage in conference calls with clients and colleagues at the click of a button.
