Jabra has announced the launch of the Jabra Scheduler, a scheduling panel designed to simplify meeting-room bookings across the office.
This launch represents a new focus for Jabra as the AV company expands its video and collaboration portfolio into workplace management.
“The Jabra Scheduler marks an important expansion of our video and collaboration portfolio, introducing a new product category that completes our meeting room offering,”
Holger Reisinger, SVP Enterprise Video Business Unit at Jabra, said.
The Scheduler aims to make it easier for employees to find available rooms, reserve spaces, and avoid double bookings, streamlining day-to-day office operations.
Scheduling Features and Functionality
The Jabra Scheduler touchscreen, made from more than 50% recycled materials, displays real-time meeting room availability and allows users to book spaces directly from the panel or through their digital calendars.
It works seamlessly with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, letting users pre-book meetings without needing to interact with the touchscreen. The panel also indicates if the room is available for the full duration of a planned meeting.
Once booked, upcoming meetings are displayed in real time, complemented by an LED indicator to inform passersby of room occupancy.
